Welcome to your private three-story villa, ideally located in the heart of Maya Beach on the Placencia Peninsula. Just one door down from Ceiba Beach Resort, where guests are welcome to enjoy the restaurant and bar, this spacious and well-equipped villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing beachfront getaway. The first floor features a large open-concept living space designed for comfort and connection. The living room includes a flat-screen television, DVD player, stereo system, and a thoughtfully curated library filled with books and games for all ages. A small office nook with a desk is tucked into the space, ideal for catching up on emails or journaling. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a six-burner gas stove with a large oven, a kitchen island with three bar stools, a double-door refrigerator with a drawer freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and a 10-cup coffee maker. A generous dining table sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals with family and friends. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom with a washer and dryer, perfect for extended stays or sandy beach days. Please note that the front entrance includes three steps up, followed by a step down into the main living area. An internal spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where four bedrooms are connected by a central hallway. Please be advised that this staircase is not recommended for guests with mobility concerns. The villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds, ceiling fans, and ample closet space. The fourth room is cozier and best suited for children or a young adult, as it is furnished with a futon. This room also includes a pack-and-play crib, complete with one set of linens for younger guests. The main bedroom, located closest to the staircase, includes an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in rain shower. A second full bathroom is shared by the remaining bedrooms. Each of the three main bedrooms opens onto a shared balcony that faces the sea, offering peaceful sunrise views and a refreshing ocean breeze. From this balcony, guests have access to a second external spiral staircase that leads both up to the rooftop and down to the pool and beach area. The third floor rooftop is a tranquil escape, shaded by a palapa and equipped with hooks for hanging a hammock. While there is no additional furniture currently on the rooftop, it remains an ideal spot for enjoying a quiet morning or stargazing under the Belizean sky. Outdoors, the villa features a private above-ground pool surrounded by a tiled deck, complete with clamshell loungers and a table for outdoor dining. Just four steps beyond the pool area lead directly to the sandy beach, where loungers are available for guest use. The beach is quiet, inviting, and like all beaches in Belize, open to the public. On the property, the front apartment and storage room are occupied by the friendly onsite caretaker couple. They will be available to greet you upon arrival and assist with any questions or needs throughout your stay. Should you wish to arrange housekeeping during your visit, it can be provided for an additional fee. Please note that this is a self-catering villa. Initial supplies such as soap, coffee, and laundry detergent will be provided, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. The villa includes full sets of linens for each bedroom and each registered guest. Should you need fresh linens during your stay, you are welcome to use the in-unit laundry facilities, or you may opt to arrange housekeeping services at an additional cost. This villa offers reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for both leisure and remote work.
