Villa 112 provides over 1,500 square feet of modern, beautifully decorated living space. Modern kitchen with large fridge and private BBQ. The design is open-concept, centered around the views and the coastal breeze. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed and a private ensuite bath. The two guest rooms feature comfortable Queen beds and share a second full bathroom. The lounge has a sofa sleeper for those extra guests, although we recommend this option for children. The unit includes a separate laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

Guest acess

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire private Villa 112 condo, including the private outdoor patio. Additionally, you have full shared access to all Marazul Belize community amenities: the beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, poolside lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ area, and the community pier/dock. Your keys will be ready for you upon arrival with our dedicated on-site team.
