The space

This comfortable first-floor unit offers a light-filled living area with charming tropical decor and easy access to the patio off the gardens. The bedding configuration is a King master, a guest room with a Queen bed, and a Queen Murphy bed in the living area to sleep up to 6 guests. The unit includes in-unit laundry, AC, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Access to this first-floor unit is via 6 entry steps only (no lift).

Guest access

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire private Unit 311 condo and its private veranda. You also have full shared access to all community facilities at Marazul Belize: the beachfront infinity pool, hot tub, communal BBQ area, private pier with palapa, and community bicycles. Crucially, Unit 311 guests have exclusive access to the unit's private set of kayaks (two single, one double) and fishing rods. Your keys will be ready for you upon arrival with our dedicated on-site team.
