The added capacity of the full sofa bed in the living area is best suited for two children. The unit includes a separate laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

Guest access

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire private Villa 122 condo and private balcony. Additionally, you have full shared access to all Marazul Belize community amenities: the beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, poolside lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ area, and the community pier/dock. Your keys will be ready for you upon arrival with our dedicated on-site team.
