The bedding configuration is two King beds and two Queen beds in the bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of two full laundry sets, central A/C, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Access to this first-floor unit is via 6 entry steps only (no lift).

Guest access

Guests have full, exclusive access to both connected private condos (Units 311 and 312) and the shared, connected veranda. The unit features two full kitchens and two laundry rooms for your private use. You also have full shared access to all community facilities at Marazul Belize: the beachfront infinity pool, hot tub, communal BBQ area, private pier with palapa, and complimentary use of community kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles. Your keys will be ready for you upon arrival with our dedicated on-site team.
