The space

This double penthouse loft condo is located on the third floor (top floor) and features two full living rooms, two full kitchens, and six bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are loft spaces, each with a spiral staircase for access. The unit provides two King beds, three Queen beds, and two Twin beds. It includes two full laundry sets, central A/C, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Access to this third-floor unit is via three flights of stairs only (no lift).

Guest access

Guests have full, exclusive access to both connected private penthouse lofts (Units 231 and 232) and the shared, extended veranda. The unit features two full kitchens and two laundry rooms for your private use.
You also have full shared access to all community facilities at Marazul Belize: the beachfront infinity pool, hot tub, communal BBQ area, private pier with palapa, and complimentary use of community kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles. Your keys will be ready for you upon arrival with our dedicated on-site team.
