Location Description

Marazul Belize is located on the Placencia Peninsula in the Stann Creek District. We are perfectly situated directly on the Caribbean Sea, offering a tranquil escape approximately 20 minutes drive north of the lively Placencia Village. We are a short walk from Naïa Resort & Spa and Sirenian Bay Resort, offering additional dining and activity options.

Getting There

Guests typically fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) near Belize City. You have two primary options: take a scenic 35-minute domestic flight from BZE to the Placencia Airstrip (PLJ) or book a private shuttle or transfer to drive you directly from BZE to Marazul Belize. From PLJ, the condo is just a short, easy taxi or transfer drive. Detailed arrival information will be provided prior to your check-in date.

Getting Around

Exploring the Placencia Peninsula from Marazul Belize is best done via golf cart, which can be easily rented locally (we can assist with arrangements). The unit is centrally located enough that a short walk can get you to a few nearby resorts and restaurants. Complimentary bicycles provided by the community are perfect for shorter trips, and reliable taxi service is available for longer excursions.
