Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this thoughtfully laid-out space features a plush king bed, a sofa sleeper for an additional adult or children, and a flexible living area that makes the most of its open design. 

The space 

The studio includes a handy kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker, along with a TV, washer/dryer, and private entrance for added ease and independence. Whether guests are staying for a few nights or longer, they will have the essentials needed for a relaxed and comfortable visit. Step outside to enjoy the shared pool and BBQ area within a secure, gated property with on-site parking. From here, guests are just a short walk to Placencia’s restaurants, shops, and beautiful beach, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. 

Please note:

 * This studio is one of three apartments on the property. Combined, the full property can accommodate up to 14 guests. Guests interested in booking multiple units should reach out for availability. * Due to its central location near the road, some normal traffic noise can be expected. * Construction at the neighbouring property may cause some noise, and pool access may not be as private. This is expected until July 2026.
