Located in the heart of Placencia Village, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The apartment is situated on the second floor, providing a secluded balcony hidden among the trees, where you can unwind and enjoy the serene beauty of the Caribbean Sea. Recently renovated, our property features comfortable and inviting interiors designed with relaxation in mind. Accommodating up to six guests, it is ideal for solo travelers, couples, small groups, or families seeking a memorable getaway.

The prime location on the renowned Placencia Sidewalk means you’re just moments away from the village’s heart. Dive into local culture, dine at charming restaurants, or shop for unique souvenirs without straying far from your doorstep. 

For those seeking vibrant nightlife, the lively Tipsy Strip is merely steps away, offering tropical cocktails, rhythmic beats, and a vibrant atmosphere.

Inside, the apartment boasts air conditioning in the master bedroom and living areas, with fans available to cool the two smaller bedrooms. Ceiling fans, portable fans, and a range of thoughtful amenities ensure your comfort. 

Enjoy high-speed internet, cable TV, a Firestick, a wall safe, a gas stove, and a well-equipped kitchen with wine glasses. Relax on the patio or balcony, lounge in the hammock, or take a dip in the ocean with pool floats. 

We do not have a swimming pool on site however for parties staying with us for a full week we offer pool vouchers for a free towel and a beer at a nearby resort pool.

Please note, there is no parking available at the property, and it can only be reached on foot. If you bring a car, parking options are available at the basketball court (a 3-minute walk) or by the pier (a 5-minute walk).
