Place was amazing pictures doesn’t do enough. Definitely used the pool chairs and other amenities. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful home to spend our vacation in Placencia, Belize!. The home offers everything one would ever need and the staff looking after us were simply the best. From the property manager Jack to the water taxi driver Edwin we could not have been treated better! I fished right off the dock and caught several nice snapper between a ton of little ones which was awesome. Centrally located to numerous restaurants only a few minutes away with a golf cart!

Villa 99 provided us with an excellent location, not too far away from downtown Placencia but far away enough to feel we were in our own world, which is ideally what we were hoping for! We had the entire Villa to ourselves and it was ideal for 6 friends reuniting for the weekend. The attention to details in each room did not go unseen and was very much appreciated; from the makeup towels to the jar of hairbands. The Villa is properly maintained, clean and comfortable all around! The beach is literally a stone throw away and was well taken care of during our stay. From the get-go of the booking process, Jack was super fast with his emails and patient with the multiple questions we had. Zun, with guest services was an absolutely delight and accommodating to our last minute request for a late checkout! Would definitely book this property again!

We were two couples who stayed in Michelle’s condo fairly last minute when our accommodations were cancelled. Check in was smooth with Jack”s assistance and condo was great. Perfect space for the 4 of us . Edwin and his family were lovely and always ready to take us on the boat ride across the canal for the short walk/bike ride to town. Edwin and Jack were both very responsive and always willing to help arrange cabs/excursions. Would definitely stay again.

The host was there to greet and inform. And she also had a handyman there to take our luggage to second floor which was a big plus for us. We had lots of room for our family of 12. Cold AC in every single room. Outstanding nice showers with high pressure. We spent a good part of the time in the swimming pool which was so good. In the afternoons we enjoyed swimming in the high tides. We had a super good time there

Jack was very responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. Place description was accurate. You have to take a platoon to go to town but Erwin was there at our service every time, even after hours. Everyone was really friendly and felt safe.

Wonderful Place for our stay! Super relaxing and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Excellent and responsive staff that ferried us back and forth across the water as we needed...we never waited. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front veranda laughing, playing cards, having drinks and chillin out. The roof top was terrific for our BBQ dinner and the sunsets were beautiful. We certainly will be back!

Great view from the balcony. My best "beach day" was on a chaise on the balcony with a good book. All the best of the ocean (ocean sounds and breeze) without the sand and extreme sun! Apartment was clean and easy to get to. Close enough to shops, restaurants, and activities but far enough away to feel secluded. Only downside was being on the southern end of peninsula; had to drive about 25 miles to get to highways that took us to other parts of Belize. But since we only did two daytrips, not much of an inconvenience.

A beautiful & welcoming apartment! We felt right at home and had a wonderful time staying in this perfect space, we even decided to spend an extra night. Hosts were very attentive & accommodating! We would definitely stay here again.
