This was a beautiful beach house with what is essentially your own private beach on the Caribbean Sea. The space was private and the house was great. The host was available and friendly. Would 💯 recommend.

We loved our stay in Unit 8D. It was perfect for our family of 5. Zun, the Concierge, was great! Very helpful both before and during our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, the bikes were great for when the boys wanted to take a quick trip to town, and there were plenty of games and videos to keep us entertained. That said, the kids were always in the pool, which was perfect after a long day out and about, and my husband and I on the amazing deck watching the ocean or reading my book. We never needed them. The unit was clean, and the ground very well kept. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Our stay at Laguna Tramonto was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. The house is on the lagoon and set back from the road so it's very peaceful. We saw crocodiles, manatees and even a dolphin. The beds were super comfortable and there were a lot of white fluffy towels in each bathroom. Plus plenty of big fluffy beach towels for all guests. As great as the house was, the gold star goes to the property manager, Jack and his team. He had outstanding communication for arranging activities ahead of time and he answered all of my questions before and during our stay. He even helped us arrange a chef to make a taco feast at the rental house. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband stayed here for a week while he was in Placencia for business and had a comfortable stay. He enjoyed it so much he will be staying here again on his next trip to Belize.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Seagrape Escape was roomy, comfortable, well equipped. The interior space was gorgeous with simple and thoughtful decor, vaulted ceilings and beam work. The freshly renovated bathrooms were very nice. The dock and palapa, and the covered veranda were awesome outdoor spaces, the beach was peaceful, and the water was very enjoyable and a very comfortable temperature. The dock and its furniture need some TLC and the kitchen needs a quality sharp kitchen knife. The location of Seagrape Escape is ideal; quiet, very little vehicle traffic, the beach practically to yourself, Jaquar bowling Lanes is right across the road and they offer tasty food including delicious pizza. Walking to local shops is very handy; everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. Thanks again! Appreciated -Bill, Nicole, Remi, and Sarah.

I agree with the other reviews, this place is gorgeous with a great beach, pool and gardens and the pictures do not do it justice. But the best thing is we found large turtle tracks one morning coming up from the water!! Hope they hatched!!

Great place to stay as always. We saw beautiful sunrises, dolphins and a manatee all from the deck! Great swimming and access to restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the Tranquility Beach Suites in Placencia! Ocean front view with large balcony, spacious rooms with great air conditioning and water pressure. Good sized kitchen. Great location being close to restaurants, small grocery stores and dive shops. Host was flexible and responsive. Overall highly recommend!

Took a short trip with family to get away from the cold weather. The rooms were clean and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. The host checked on us from arrival to check out. However, it did not mention in the description that you had to cross the canal every time you want to go and/or return to house. So if you want to explore past 10pm or just go for a late night walk then this isn’t for you. It worked out for my family because we were out all day and exhausted by night.

Our group of six (three couples in our 40's) had a great time. The landscaping and outdoor space is amazing, the house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Jack and the Hotel's Placentia team were great, setting us up with a private boat that took us fishing and snorkeling, which was a highlight of our trip. We loved our time in Placentia and Belize!

I rarely do reviews, most accommodations are mediocre. This rental was fabulous in all ways and deserves a great review. Looking forward to coming back!

Erik’s place at Placencia Pointe was perfect for our holiday stay in Belize. We especially loved the location. Just a short walk from all the restaurants and bars and right on the canal with a great dock for watching sunsets and a bit of fishing. We also really enjoyed the pool and the rooftop space with hammock and a grill. Super convenient that a boat could pick us up right at our doorstep when we got out to the reef. Well equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Placencia.
