Beautiful home! Very relaxing, kept and maintained very well and almost daily! Super nice people to work with and excellent communication!

My family certainly wanted a private home with a pool and this property didn't disappoint. The photos on Airbnb were spot on. Zun greeted us at check-in and gave us the full tour to include the gate key codes, etc. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area and "The Maya Hotel & Bistro", we would highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. I won’t stay anywhere but Villa 99 in Placencia. it is so well run and is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has the beach, a swimming pool, hammocks-so relaxing-and is gated.

This unit imo had the best view in the complex. Directly overlooking the ocean obstructed only by the beautiful swaying palm trees on the beach. The property was well maintained with full time staff around most all day

This place was amazing! I’ve been to many airbnbs in Belize and this one is by far the best yet. Everywhere was very clean, inside and outside! The house smells so good, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The host was super friendly, and the ground keeper who lives next to the property was nice and helpful. You don’t even notice he’s there. I have nothing negative to say about this place from start to finish! Will definitely come back!

We stayed in 7C. it's a spacious beautiful 2nd story villa with fantastic view of sea. Large balcony. Fully-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The pool is really nice and the grounds beautiful. It's a complex of about 30 units - mostly retired ex-pats. we really enjoyed the pleasant friendliness and community feel. There are 2 very nice restaurants next door. We tried walking to Placencia Village which is about 2 miles but the road to town is narrow with lots of traffic so we took taxis in - $10 USD each way. Golf cart rentals are $50/day. I would definitely stay here again.

A quiet, clean condo with easy pool & beach access. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived & to show us around.

The house was great. The pool was beautiful, and you just walk down the stairs from the pool to the beach. We basically had our private beach and ocean. It was lovely.

A beautiful, peaceful place! It was exactly like the pictures and we had a fabulous time. Hope to come back again!
