Great place! Beautiful setting. We did not have cell data, so stopped along the way to get help finding the place ... turn in at the white boat grounded along Placencia Rd, keep right and go as far as you are able to arrive at destination. We had the second floor, so heard the people on the third. So appreciated the washing machine and dryer as we had been on the road for a couple of weeks prior. We appreciated there being two sofas and lots of room to spread out, including a huge deck!! Great support and care from Jessie and Zun!! ❤️

it was so great, the pool was well maintained and cleaned daily, and the rooms and living space were well kept and clean. The beach and surroundings were kept very clean. The host was beyond friendly, respectful, and helpful. Flexible check-in and check out time if the opportunity provides for it. My family and I will definitely be returning to the peace and tranquility we experienced here. it is not too close to town and surrounded by nature, something we truly enjoyed.

Stephanie’s place fulfilled all of our requirements and then some. We enjoyed the pool. The private beach. The home itself was clean and spacious. We’re hoping to do this several more times

Quiet place right next to the ocean. If you are looking for nightlife or pampering service this is not your place but if you are looking for a quiet beautiful setting to relax this is definitely the place.

This is an amazing home! Maya Beach is very quiet and yet lots of stuff very close to do. Restaurants and food around the island were great! Lots of great updated amenities and close to everything you need. Everyone should visit Belize, this property is really in the middle of paradise. The property management company is very responsive and provides all sorts of opportunities to adventure through the country! Remember your bug spray! I would definitely recommend this home.

Hotels Placencia was beautiful and relaxing. It is helpful to figure out transportation ahead of time. We had a rental, but it would be more challenging going to town or getting amenities without this. Taxis and golf carts are for hire in the area.

We stayed in a 3rd floor unit with ocean view..... fantastic (but you have to climb stairs). Great restaurant next door. Good pool. $25 round trip to get to "downtown" Placencia so it's almost worth renting a car or golf cart on the days you want to get more activity.

Wow! Zun was great at check in and was very flexible since we didn't know exactly when we would arrive. She explained everything we needed to know about the house and the town. We love that the house was3 or 4 miles north of the main part of Placencia. When you drive up the home the driveway has a small opening to what looks like a jungle but as soon as you drive in, it opens up to your little secluded paradise. You fell like you are far from all of the neighbors as you can't see them from the house or barely from when you are on the beach. Being able to walk right out to he beach or our crows next and watch a sunset or sunrise, go paddle boarding, drink a cup off coffee or maybe even a little local rum was the best part of this home. We loved having the bedrooms separate from the common area of the home. Bottom line, this house was nearly perfect for our family. We hope to visit again.

This place is relaxing and beautiful! Less touristy area of Belize and feels so private and yet so close to town. The private rooms with shared space were perfect for our two couples traveling.

It was beautiful surrounding as described. The host was responsive and the apartment was clean. I would stay again.

Absolutely amazing, high quality appliances, everything works, the location is magnificent. It seems a previous guest misplaced most of the forks and they were replaced by a cheaper version, apart from the forks, highly recommended!

The pool is beautiful, I feel that the beach right next to me, we recommend this place to have a good stay , we found everything very near to cook our own food. We enjoyed each day in the place, so we recommended this House.
