I stayed in a studio unit the 1st 4 days of my stay Dec 30-Jan 4. I was amazed at the amount of space. Unit matched the pictures and written description completely. The staff was attentive and quickly responsive. Location is unbeatable and 12 steps from the sea that was clean of debris. Grounds are full of coconut palms and well maintained. Check in was smooth and directions were clear and easy to understand. Close to center of Placencia with good restaurant,bars,shopping, culture, you will need golf cart or car to get around. Good Wi-Fi signal. The placed is older but You get alot for the price, I enjoyed my stay and plan to return and I will recommend to my friends and family

The view of this place is amazing and supplied us with all the amenities needed! They also attended us promptly with any questions or concerns we had. It is further away from Placencia than we originally realized so you will need to rent a vehicle if planning to spend some time in the village.

My husband and I had THE BEST time staying at Villa 99 in Belize! The home was easy to spot from the road, and once we drove through the gates we knew we were in for a great time! The ocean view was amazing! The beach was private and quiet. The pool and palapa were a perfect for relaxing! And, there was so much to do nearby -- we enjoyed zip lining, hiking and swimming in waterfalls, making our own chocolate at the Che'il Mayan Chocolate Factory, a full day of snorkeling with turtles, rays and sharks at Isle Silk Caye, and lastly enjoyed a massage at the Secret Garden! Throughout our stay we tried many of the local restaurants and all we tried were delicious. One of our favorites was Maya Bistro. We fully enjoyed the beautiful townhome we returned to each afternoon... the view and amenities were great! We will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful. The pool was great. That’s where we spent most of our time. We never looked into turning on the waterfall part of it. It’s a 10 minute drive to the local town full of restaurants and a grocery store but extremely drivable smooth roads. The only thing was the tv wifi wasn’t great, if you care about that kind of thing. Overall the stay was amazing! I would definitely go back!

Had a wonderful stay. To get to the home you cross over a small channel of water (30 seconds). You park, then there’s a lovely person there with a pontoon boat to cross you over. They are available in the early morning hours until late. If you choose to cross over yourself, there are kayaks you can use. The home is very safe with a lovely pool to swim in. Great for kids or adults. We did have a little issue with not having gas resulting in no working stove or dryer. I was pretty annoyed at first, however it was handled by the management staff extremely well, they were very professional and immediately jumped all over the issue taking care of it, over & beyond. The staff really are interested in your comfort and truly want you to have a perfect stay. That was very clear & makes a major difference when finding the right place. Exceptional management company & wonderful local family that also oversees the care of the home. Very comfortable home. Perfect stay for us. Thank you.

Great location and value and the staff are very communicative and helpful

This home away from home was perfect R&R for our family. Quiet enough to relax , yet close enough to the town to access the shoppes, the Boardwalk, the ocean and all that Placencia has to offer. One may rent scooters or golf carts down town to drive around with. The house and pool were spotless, the gardener was professional and friendly, the beds were comfy. And nature sings here ! Tropical , salty breezes, a fresh wave of open flowers every morning , birds and geckos to sing you awake . We would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven on earth . Thankyou for making our holiday stay so comfortable .

Beautiful place but some houses are not well designed.

The condo was very spacious and fairly well equipped. Wonderful balconies with ocean views. Great pool and beach. We could walk to three restaurants and town was a short drive. Very responsive hosts. I would stay here again.
